Cee French Harth
Executive Producer and Partner
Cee is a native born Southern Californian and a seasoned Entertainment Industry Executive. Cee’s background extends as far back as Jack Warner of Warner Brothers as well as Silent Film Star Don Alvarado and Carlos Alvarado his brother and Talent Agent.
Don Alvarado, whom is sometimes referred to as (Don Page) married Ann Boyar and had daughter Joy Page (Casablanca). Ann Boyar later divorced Don Alvarado and married Jack Warner. Jack Warner is Cee’s family by marriage long ago and uncle Don and Carlos Alvarado are her blood relatives. Don Alvarado has a star on the famous Hollywood Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA.
Cee got her start in the entertainment world studying dramatic theatre arts at Walnut Hill School for the Arts and Preparatory in Natick, MA, where she studied to be an actress. Later on Cee crossed over from in front of the camera to behind the scenes when she worked for her long time family owned talent agency, Carlos Alvarado Agency in West Hollywood, CA.
Along the way, Cee worked for many film and television companies such as Sony, MTV, Nickelodeon, Conway Recoding Studios and many others. Cee developed a diverse understanding of all the aspects in entertainment from her jobs, as well as attending film school to further her understanding.
Cee has always been a visionary in the film and technology aspect. Cee went on to Executive Produce, Direct, and write her own projects and along the way met up with her current partner and husband Paul Harth. Together they formed their own Film Production Company Chiron Films, Inc. in May 2007.

Paul Harth is a unique and seasoned filmmaker in his time. As one of the founding members of his production company, Chiron Films, Inc. (CFI), Paul teamed up with his esteemed partner Cee French during the production of “Young Folks” in spring of 2007 and together they formed Chiron Films, Inc in May 2007.
“Young Folks,” directed by Paul, later went to the world renowned Cannes Film Festival in May of 2008. Previously, Paul had written, directed and produced a film titled “Iniquity” a stop animation film that landed in the Newport Beach Film Festival of 2006.
Paul has studied film, music, film scoring, and all facets that go into the filmmaking world including extensive work in post-production as well.
With continued success over the course of ten years, Paul has produced and directed several television and film projects. His talent and team have more than proven that their original content and good cinematic style, appeals to many audiences. His work ranges from animation film, to live action and animation television, to dramatic and action packed feature film.
In addition to Paul’s film career, he is also the NY Production Manager of all projects Stateside for the Marketing and Creative Services Division of Thomson Reuters, the large news/media company based in NYC. Paul has been directing, producing and editing all of Thomson Reuters promotional and brand content. He heads their Times Square offices and works closely with the Thomson Reuters London office. Paul has a keen understanding of film and video as well as corporate branding and promotion.
